Dr. Anton Roach, DVM, MS
Medical Director
Dr. Anton Roach is a highly accomplished veterinarian and the visionary behind Vista Vet Animal Hospital & Pet Lodge. A native of Queens, New York, Dr. Roach holds a B.S. in Animal Science and an M.S. in Immunology from Iowa State University, where he also earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. He combines a strong background in research with a patient-first philosophy, delivering highly individualized care tailored to each pet’s unique needs.
Dr. Roach is also a passionate mentor for veterinary students and new graduates. When he’s not caring for patients, he enjoys spending time with his ball python, Thumbelina.

Dr. Celeste Nimmo
(DVM)
Dr. Celeste Nimmo was born and raised in Louisiana. She followed her love of animals to Louisiana State University, where she completed her B.S. in Animal Sciences and her DVM. She brings a strategic, solutions-focused mindset to each case and has a special interest in internal medicine.
Dr. Nimmo values client education and the human-animal bond, ensuring pet parents feel supported and informed every step of the way. Outside the clinic, she enjoys traveling, trying new cuisines, and relaxing with her husband, children, and their two dogs — Dexter and Helen.
Dr. Jubilee Goodner
(DVM)
Dr. Jubilee Goodner is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University, where she earned both her B.S. in Biomedical Sciences and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. She began her journey at Vista Vet as a student and has grown into a trusted, full-time member of the medical team.
Dr. Goodner specializes in surgical procedures and complex medical case management. She is dedicated to building strong client relationships through communication and compassion. She enjoys outdoor activities, cheering on Aggie Football and Formula 1 racing with her husband and their Great Pyrenees, Waffles.
Dr. Benjamin Butler
(DVM)
Originally from Texas, Dr. Benjamin Butler holds dual degrees in Biology and Biochemistry from Baylor University and a DVM from Texas A&M. He joined Vista Vet during his time as a veterinary student, quickly developing a deep passion for patient care and education.
With a strong interest in cardiology, Dr. Butler aspires to specialize in echocardiography. His down-to-earth approach helps pet parents feel at ease, and he’s always happy to explain the “why” behind treatment recommendations. In his downtime, Dr. Butler enjoys the outdoors, sports, and time with his Doberman, Titan, and Irish Wolfhound, Maeve.
Dr. Elissa Jackson
(DVM, MS)
An Austin native, Dr. Elissa Jackson earned her B.S. and DVM from Texas A&M University, where she entered veterinary school early thanks to her academic excellence. After gaining experience in small animal hospitals and working as a relief vet across Central Texas, she found her home at Vista Vet.
Her clinical interests include feline medicine, geriatric care, dentistry, and emergency/critical care. At home, she tends to a small zoo, which includes three dogs, three cats, and multiple aquariums. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, spending time with her husband, and caring for her many beloved pets.
