Do you accept walk-ins? Do you offer same day urgent care appointments?
Our doctors see patients by appointment Monday through Saturday. Sundays are reserved for walk-in appointments only. We accept same-day urgent care visits on a case-by-case basis depending on our availability. If your pet needs urgent care and we are unable to accommodate you, we’ll help you find a local urgent care center that can assist.
Do you offer boarding or grooming services?
Yes, we offer an extensive boarding facility with multiple options tailored to your pet’s needs! Please give us a call and one of our team members will walk you through the details. While we don’t have a groomer on staff, we do provide traditional bathing services at our facility.
How can I request a prescription for my pet?
You can request a prescription refill by calling our office or using our online portal. Please allow 24–48 hours for processing.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice. This helps us accommodate other pets who may need care.
What should I bring to my pet’s first appointment?
For your pet’s first visit, please bring the following:

What if my pet is nervous or anxious about vet visits?
We understand that vet visits can be stressful for some pets. Let us know if your pet experiences anxiety, and we’ll do everything we can to help. We offer calming aids and gentle handling techniques to make the visit more comfortable.
How do I know if my pet’s condition is an emergency?
If you’re unsure whether your pet’s condition is urgent, it’s always best to give us a call. Our team will help assess your pet’s symptoms over the phone and guide you on whether immediate care is necessary.
How can I get a copy of my pet’s records?
Need your pet’s vaccination proof or full medical records? No problem!
- Vaccination proof can be provided immediately.
- Full medical records may take up to 72 hours for doctor approval and release.

Do you offer payment plans or financing options?
